Important Information:

• Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences.
• Shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city.
• The timings for transfers may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• An entry fee of AED 5 is required for Creek Park with a NOL card. For tourists without a NOL card, you can purchase one at Creek Park Gate 1, including AED 25 with AED 19 credit.
• Monday, Friday, and Saturday at 11:00 am and Friday at 6:00 pm offer free seating for regular seats. Arrive early to secure good seats.
• Child age is 2-12 years. Children under 2 years old enter for free.
• For water activities, children must be 8 years old or above and confident swimmers.
• Note: Pregnant women and individuals with injuries are not allowed to swim with dolphins.

Please be aware that the venue will undergo major maintenance from 5th September until the 1st week of October 2023, and bookings cannot be made during this period. We will provide updates on the new operational date once available. However, ‘Swim with Dolphins’ sessions will remain operational and continue accepting bookings during this period.
